5 courses: Red Long, Red Short, Orange, Yellow, White
Sportident to be used
Rego/Start from 10am / Last start 12:30 (course closure at 2.30pm)

• Red (long) Ultra: ?km

(above distances are point to point, not distance run. Add 60% at least for actual estimate)

Suitable for the whole family, (are dogs allowed at rabbit island?). First timers choose Yellow or Orange course (white course is very easy for young kids), you can do a second course for free.

 

***Bring very good footwear and leg protection for Red courses. All courses can be done together with a friend or family, just sign up individually and turn up at the start together.
